As the chart above indicates my weekly average time spent on my phone. As the weeks past by, it is shown that my screen time has dramatically decreased from September to November. This is mainly because I had been taking precautions to use my phone less and my schedule has gotten busier over the last two months. I haven't had the need to check my phone every 3 seconds to see if I got a text message or email.

This chart above shows my average weekly pickups. I love this chart because it shows me how I have decreased the number of times I pick up and unlock my phone to check emails, check text messages, play games, and scroll through social media.

I have realized that I use my phone a little too much. I have become more mindful about when I need to check my phone and when I WANT to check my phone. To better regulate my usage, I will continue to research ways to keep off my phone, meditate with my phone in my hand, and learn to keep unnecessary notifications off.
