Data from Apple

Here is my screen time data from my iPhone that I have accumulated so far. As soon, it fluctuates every week. Normally my screen time is around 9 and a half hours per day. The week it was up to almost 11 hours, I knew that was the week I worked and used my Waze map a lot. I am pretty happy with the results, but I know that I can work on getting my social media averages down a little more. I knew that my usage would be like this because I get an update every week letting me know if I used more than the previous week or less than the previous week.
